Characteristics:
Very clear amber colour with yellow and straw coloured hues. Its floral aroma has an intense and persistent citric component, it is sweet with a notable acidic component that tempers its sweetness making it light and pleasant.
Uses and Combinations:
Traditionally used as a sedative and astringent. Combines very well with mild infusions, fromage frais, pastries, ice creams, and poultry and especially delicious with fruits such as oranges, strawberries and raspberries.
