Honey 100% from Spain. Mediterranean coastline, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla-Leon and Andalusia.
Characteristics:
Very light color, almost white when crystallized. Delicate, floral aroma that is not very intense and is of variable persistence, sometimes with clear, fruity notes. Sweet to the taste, sometimes with slightly acidic notes.
Uses and Combinations:
Traditionally used for respiratory infections, to calm the stomach and to prevent rheumatism, gout and cirrhosis.
A delicate honey suited to accompany infusions, soft drinks, yoghurts, fromage frais, fruit, fish and meats.
