Honey 100% from Spain, from low areas of the plateau and the whole Iberian Peninsula.
Characteristics:
Its colour can vary between clear to dark amber. Intense and persistent floral aroma and a taste that varies according to the predominant flower.
Uses and Combinations:
Traditionally used as an stimulant to alleviate physical and mental tiredness. Used to heal wounds and burns and in cosmetics such as ointments, facial masks and hair tonics. Used as a sweetener in a wide range of products, infusions, soft drinks, fruit juices and for breakfasts, dairy products, ice creams, fish and meats.
